The staff was very polite and helpful, a definite PLUS.
The walls are TOO thin. I could hear everything. One night, a loud argument woke me up, and the security, while responsive, did not solve the issue permanently. I found it hard to relax.

The location proved convenient for accessing various attractions.
My room lacked drawers or shelves, thus storage became difficult. Basic toiletries were provided. a shaving mirror would have been useful. The breakfast selection also presented limitations. I found the absence of muesli and marmalade disappointing.

The staff provided for all my needs with great enthusiasm. The room offered sufficient space for two people. The air conditioning kept the hotel comfortable , which I welcomed after a long day of travel.
The hotel described a spa , but it remained closed. The closure was never communicated to customers. I also noticed a fish option at the vegetarian section during breakfast. This mix-up is not good enough at this level.

the hotel advertised a spa with the best whirlpool. it was closed! i felt misled since this wasn't disclosed. also, the vegetarian breakfast section had fish. this shows a lack of understanding between vegan and vegetarian options!

The hotel location was good. It was close enough to the city center, but not around all the noise. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel.
They do not understand the distinction between vegan and vegetarian. There was also a fish option at the vegetarian section at breakfast. This is not good enough for a 5 star hotel. The onsite spa advertised as having the best whirlpool was closed for a few months. This was not made known to customers.
